About

What began as a simple hobby—just two hives on our modest five acres—has grown into a thriving beekeeping operation rooted in care, stewardship, and a deep respect for the honey bee. Today, we manage over 200 hives across our farm and partner apiaries in and surrounding Fayette County, Texas, with a strong focus on agriculture valuation, sustainable beekeeping, and ecological responsibility.

We are proudly treatment-free, allowing our bees to thrive naturally and adapt to their environment while producing the highest-quality honey possible. Every jar we harvest is artisanal, raw, unfiltered, and micro-batched by individual apiary, capturing the unique blooms and landscapes of Central Texas.

Our owner and head beekeeper, Michele Jaquier, is deeply committed to sharing her love of honey bees with others. Education is at the heart of her beekeeping journey, and she enjoys helping people feel more confident and connected in their own beekeeping adventures.

​

As President of the Colorado County Beekeepers Association and Vice President of the Fayette County Beekeepers Association, Michele teaches monthly public beekeeping classes, offering practical guidance on bee biology, hive care, and responsible stewardship.

​

Michele is also a Texas Master Beekeeper with a focus on Advanced Bee Husbandry and a Certified Texas Master Naturalist. She donates many hours each year to community service—conducting safe bee removals, volunteering in Texas State Parks, contributing to conservation projects, and participating in wildlife and bird studies. Her involvement with both the Texas Master Beekeeper Program and the Texas Master Naturalist Program reflects her dedication to education, outreach, and environmental stewardship.

In 2025, Michele received the Ann Harmon Award for Excellence in Beekeeping, an honor she credits to the strong mentors, fellow beekeepers, and volunteers who inspire her every day. She has also been named the 2024 and 2025 Texas Honey Show: Real Texas Honey™ Winner, a recognition awarded to certified Real Texas Honey producers who deliver genuine Texas honey—never adulterated, imported, or blended—ensuring authenticity and purity in every jar.

Under Michele’s leadership, our honeys have earned multiple awards, reflecting our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the health of the bees who make everything possible.
